Solace Sauna Studio was founded in 2019 after years of having the idea. In 2017, she put her career and life on hold to travel to 20 countries throughout Europe and Southeast Asia for a year. While abroad, Erica got to experience sauna culture firsthand and the health benefits that come with regular sauna use. After coming back home to St. Pete, she realized the gap in easy access to saunas in our St. Pete community. Determined to make sauna use both accessible and enjoyable - Solace came to life in 2019.

Erica truly believes that sweating is a spiritual experience. More than just sweating, saunas are a solace for your soul ♥
