the experience -

It’s deeper than just sweating - it’s an experience.

Because each and every infrared sauna session is completely private, you can take this time to do as you please. Some use this time to de-connect and meditate, others listen to music or read.

Let your private sauna cabin serve as your own personal sanctuary.

You’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed.

HOW TO PREPARE:

  • BE HYDRATED! It’s important to be hydrated and stay hydrated throughout your session (and you know, just in your regular everyday life.) We have a filtered water station, so we always recommend bringing a reusable water bottle.

  • Remove makeup before your session. We have face wash and makeup remover wipes available for use. If you have recently applied a spray tan, it is best to postpone your sauna session.

  • We recommend either wearing loose fitting clothing or bringing a pair to change into after your session.

  • We want you to have a safe and enjoyable sweat, so let us know about past sauna experiences or any health conditions you may have. While sauna therapy is considered safe, it is not for everyone. We always recommend checking with your primary physician if you are on medication or have concerns. If you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend postponing your sauna session.
